Project leadership
Project manager and engineer development, owner expectations, executive communication, meeting follow-up, and client-facing judgment.
Communication and documentation for international and multilingual project teams.
Standalone Workshops & Integrated Team Development
Available now: practical instruction, workshops, and role-based team development. Immersive and VR learning remains exploratory and partner-dependent.
Develop the judgment, documentation, and coordination skills your projects demand. Devnua provides standalone workshops and role-based development, as well as training within broader operational improvement engagements.
01 · The outcome
Talented teams do their best work when expectations are clear and practices are consistent. Devnua develops project managers, project engineers, and program teams through practical learning grounded in real delivery conditions.
Training helps professionals see their work through the eyes of owners and program leaders: how documentation, schedule impacts, risk, reporting, change management, and accountability affect confidence in the team.
For subcontractors, the focus is becoming a more capable trade partner on complex programs: understanding owner expectations, coordinating effectively, and maintaining reliable records. Stronger practices support readiness for greater responsibility without promising contract awards.
02 · Training programs
Programs strengthen the roles and practices developed with your leadership and teams, building on existing capabilities and addressing identified gaps. They can support subcontractors, general contractors, PM/CM firms, owner representatives, developers, consultants, and project or program teams.

Communication and documentation for international and multilingual project teams.
RFIs, submittals, change management, schedule impacts, forecasting, issue escalation, and coordination across teams.
Clear records, notices, decision tracking, accountability, correspondence, and the practices that reduce avoidable operational exposure.
Role-based onboarding, common procedures, manager coaching, workshops, and practical exercises that turn individual habits into reliable standards.
03 · Applied learning
We build training around your own contracts, project records, and workflows. Your team practices the decisions, documentation, and communication required in its actual work.
Together, we agree the learning objectives and adapt the exercises to your team. The scope can include participant guides, practical checklists, manager coaching, and a follow-up review of how the learning is being applied.
04 · Two ways to engage
Standalone training: address a defined capability need without purchasing a wider consulting engagement. Start with the team, the responsibilities it holds, and what it needs to do better.
Integrated development: combine training with collaboratively improved roles, workflows, and documentation standards, then support the team as it adopts those practices.
05 · Experience behind the work
Devnua founder Terry Devlin brings 20+ years of construction and capital-program experience, including owner-side and PM/CM leadership on complex institutional and public-sector programs.
PMP and CCM credentials sit alongside operational leadership and hands-on work in project documentation, risk, contracts, and process development. Programs draw on that experience while adapting to each organization’s needs.
Developing capability
Available training uses practical instruction and project-based exercises. Devnua is evaluating interactive simulation and immersive learning where they could support the learning objectives.
Potential applications include project decisions, communication, document review, coordination, and risk-response exercises. VR and trade-specific instruction remain exploratory and depend on qualified technology and training partners.
Devnua does not currently advertise proprietary VR software, certified trade instruction, or dedicated simulation facilities. Any future offering will identify its availability, delivery partners, and scope before it is offered.
