Website inquiries.
Clear information handling.

How the current Devnua website handles inquiry information, technical requests, and links to other services.

What happens when you contact Devnua.

The inquiry form creates a draft in your email application. It does not submit the form fields to a Devnua website database or send the email for you. Review the draft and send it through your email provider. If no email application opens, contact terry@devnua.com directly.

When you send an inquiry, Devnua receives the information you choose to include, such as your name, organization, email address, support needs, and message. It is used to respond, evaluate the potential engagement, and manage related correspondence.

Please do not include confidential project records, credentials, sensitive personal information, or third-party data in an initial inquiry. Information-sharing requirements are agreed before engagement materials are exchanged.

Hosting, fonts, and external links.

The website is hosted through Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting services may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the website.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Font requests may transmit technical request information to Google. No advertising or visitor-analytics scripts are included in the current website application.

Links to Google, AIPMCM, TerryDevlin.com, and other external services take you to sites with their own information-handling practices. Your email provider also processes messages you send.

Contact and correspondence.

Contact terry@devnua.com with questions about this notice or to request correction or deletion of inquiry information. Any request will be considered alongside applicable recordkeeping obligations and the correspondence needed to manage an engagement.

This notice describes the current website inquiry process. Information handling, access controls, confidentiality, and retention for client engagements are established separately within the agreed scope. The notice will be updated when the website’s data-handling features change.
