Terry brings 20+ years of construction and capital-program experience, including owner-side and PM/CM leadership on complex institutional and public-sector programs.

His work connects operational leadership, team development, project controls, documentation, risk, and contract administration. That experience informs Devnua’s focus on improving how organizations communicate, manage, document, decide, and execute.

Devnua brings those disciplines together through operational development and implementation, embedded fractional leadership, and team training. The work starts with the client’s people, culture, objectives, and existing strengths.
